  Complimentary Express Shipping on Australian orders over $250 AUD
  • Standard (2–5 business days) — $10 (AUD)
  • Express (1–3 business days) — $15 (AUD)
  • International (DHL Express) — location dependant ($25-$35AUD)

TAXES & DUTIES
For our international customers, your parcel may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees as it arrives in your country.
These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

While we cannot predict or influence these costs, we recommend checking your country’s import guidelines before placing an order. If you choose to decline delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, any import charges incurred, and the cost of returning the order to us.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days, allowing us time to ensure each piece is inspected, prepared, and packaged to perfection.

During peak moments — new collection launches, the festive season, or special promotions — please allow an extra 48 hours for your order to leave our studio.

All delivery times are estimates. While we work closely with our shipping partners to meet them, delays may occasionally occur due to payment authorisation, stock availability, or customs processing.
